A few changes....

To help me (and others checking) keep an accurate mileage I added a form titled CHECK-IN under Pages on the left. Hopefully this is easy and quick to fill out. Then you can click on the google spreadsheet under Stats of Superheros to see everyone's info. So you can fill this out now when you do a work-out or just weekly too.
Colleen or I will still post the weekly Log like this week and we can add our comments, jeers, support, complaints in the comments section there.

  1. Wow! I think the web form is great. Thanks Jeanette! Much easier for tracking. To be clear, the spreadsheet is going to be cumulative for the whole duration, right? And if so, do we need to fill out our "catch-up" hours or do you plan to do that? Also, are decimals okay for my husband-to-be?

  2. ...oh, and two more things. 1) I love the inspiration section! and 2) FYI to everyone, when you click on the Google spreadsheet, it swaps out the page you're on for that one. I like it better to right click on the link to the Google spreadsheet and open it in a new window or tab so you don't have to leave this page entirely (Apple users are on your own, but you get the gist).

  3. I'm working on putting the hours already posted this week in the form. I just have Melissa and I left I think.
    About the decimals - I'm ok with that - whatever gets him motivated. however my dh may have a second opinion... ha.ha.

  4. I previously decided to do only even mile entries. So I'll either stop short on a workout, or go the extra to get to the next even mile.
