We had a slower week this week, but we know 2 of our teammates were still under the weather so next week we should be able to get back in the 3 digits for mileage again.
This week we logged 91 miles which is almost half of what we logged last week and didn't meet the minimum mileage of 128miles. The first week we definately set the bar high and saw what we are capable of. We still are on track though for attaining our goal.
W.O.W. has been awarded for the week.
Highlights for week 2:
- Ryan and Rory logging more mileage than their previous week.
- Brian running 4miles straight
- Colleen putting 2 hours in on Saturday to get 16miles for the week
- Melissa having fun working out on Thursday (playing in the snow)
