WORK OUT WINNER of the WEEK
Week 13
Melissa and Jeanette are this week's WOW. They were able to get their minimum of 16 in. Melissa often got in double duty and Jeanette pulled off a 12miler in the last day. Great job ladies! Way to show the guys up:)

Week 9

Melissa is this week's W.O.W. She has put up double digit miles so far in the DR fitness challenge except for one week. This week she worked out SIX days in a row with some multiple work-outs plus she had her highest mileage yet of 22 miles! Congratulations!

Week 7

No doubt Rory dominated Week 7 in our challenge. Not only did she rack up the most mileage - it was a personal record for herself of 35miles! Plus she did a 15mile bike ride!!! WAY TO GO!!
Week 6

Colleen has consistently been putting up at least 16miles for the team no matter what her schedule is like - great example for us. This week she did it 2 days! She has also been fulfilling her goals she's been posting the past few weeks. Three cheers for Colleen!

Melissa has been consistent with her miles logged from day one, and she was the only one to consistently do the calistenics challenge for week 5. Nice work!
Week 4: Jeanette
Jeanette was nominated by Brian for WOW this week for achieving her goals of 2 interval workouts and making Brian's goal of most miles for the week challenging. Both of them logged over 50 miles this week!
Week 3: Rory
Rory worked out on Sat. and then remembered it was the last day so she returned to get her 4hours in! That's a WOW!
Ryan logged more miles than the previous week!
Week 1: Brian
He was the first one to post that he got some miles in for the challenge and racked up the most mileage! Therefore he is week 1 W.O.W.'s winner. He has set the standard.



Ah yeah! So proud of my future husband. He has been a champ this week for sure, much like he's riding that awesome Caterpillar like a champ in the photo.
