Week 12 in Review
We broke 300 miles this past week. And we have a new WOW posted.
3 weeks left before the challenge is over. With some illnesses going on and other stuff this week. We'll take this week off from a challenge before we have 2 weeks of some serious working out before hitting the beach!
Do your best this week and work out when you can! We are almost done!!!!

Week 11 Review and Week 12 Challenge!
So the winner is...... Team R2K! And they are this week's WOW!
Rory, Ryan, and Kelly: Be sure to talk to each other on how you want to pick out the trucker hats. Kelly has offered to pick some up. Or you could pick ones out for the person you were against.
Everyone is much improved in getting in time working out this past week. Great job!!!
I'm going to say we only have 4 weeks left until this Fitness challenge is over. So we'll have almost 2 full weeks before the wedding to pack, plan etc. So our last week will be April 10.
This week will be all about TIME. Let's see who can put in the most time working out. So make sure you have your stopwatch on your runs, bikes, weight lifting, hikes, dog walking, zumba etc! It is going to be a blind challenge as well. I will update mid-week the times and then again either Sat or Sun. You won't have access to the google spreadsheet to cheat either. Just round your time to the nearest 15min.
Whoever logs the most time this week will be the WOW for Week 12.
If you need additional motivation, feel free bet against a fellow superhero this week and estimate how many more minutes you can beat them by.

Week 11 Challenge
Challenge for Week 11
- Another group challenge: Team BCM: Brian, Colleen, and Melissa, Team R2K: Ryan, Rory, and Kelly (suggest a team name if you'd like)
- To win this challenge your team needs to score at least 2 points.
- To earn a point a member on your team must exceed the total week's mileage of her/his opponent that she/he is paired up against.
- Match-ups: Brian vs. Ryan, Colleen vs Rory, Melissa vs. Kelly
- No maximum on bike mileage for this challenge.
- The winning team will be the W.O.W for the week and the losers will be wearing trucker's hats of the winners' choosing. (If winners need help getting the hat to DR let us know). Hats will be worn for an hour in Dominican Republic.
- Jeanette will be the referee for this challenge.
For example if Brian logs 45miles for the week and Ryan logs 44miles, Brian would earn 1 point for his team. If you would not like participate in this week's challenge please let us know by the end of Monday, March 14.
Week 10 in Review
So this week was a less than stellar week for majority of our superheros. Remember, we don't want Dominican Republic to sink before we get there. Good job though on everybody working out at least once this week. Good news: we have less than 500 miles to go. No WOW was awarded this week. We've seen ourselves do better. However I do want to mention that Rory, Jeanette, and Melissa did have a good week. Rory and Jeanette getting at least the minimum and Melissa continuing to show her consistency for us through the work week working out Mon-Fri!
What are you going to do this week to achieve the goals you want to accomplish by the end of April?

Week 9 in Review
Another week gone. I have to say it was a great week for a challenge.
Team Challenge:
Team Sunpebbles: 55 miles
Team RJ: 72 miles
Team C: 52 miles
Looks like Team C will be made into a sand sculpture come the end of April! So Sunpebbles and RJ need to think of a great sculpture.
This week we did 179 miles which is great - still not a team personal record, but definitely up there as a top week. We are under 600 miles to go!
Highlights:
Each individual total miles:
Brian - 251
Jeanette - 228
Ryan - 204
Rory - 182
Colleen - 152
Melissa - 117
Kelly (just 2 weeks for her) - 29
W.O.W. has been awarded.
Feel free to set your own goals, challenges this week. We are here to help you achieve your goals you set for yourself.

Wordy Wednesday ! (3-2)
Don't want to get turned into a sand sculpture? Then you better get working out!
We have 8 weeks left, so what are you going to do for just 8 weeks to meet your goals? Run or bike 5 minutes longer each time? Drink more water? Less seconds at mealtimes? More fruits and veggies? The end is in sight! So stay focused!
Giving up is not an option!
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. - Bruce Lee
