Congratulations to our Week 7 W.O.W. winner! Thanks for being a good example for the rest of us. What do you have in store for the second half of our fitness challenge?
Although this week was a mediocre week for most of us let's not forget the highlights:
- Brian and Colleen putting in over 16miles in one day to surpass the minimum mileage for the week.
- Melissa and Ryan walking/working out while in Florida
- Rory biking for 15miles
- Jeanette doing more than she did last week. Ha.ha.
We are getting close to just relaxing on the beach, drinking, eating.....
